Maybe this is related: my dad smokes cigars and for Christmas one year, a client or someone unimportant to this story, gives him a cigar cutter that is actually a minature guillotine. But it didn’t cut the cigar really well.

i believe the tall one is making a crack on another city that has the fleur-de-lis as its symbol and is tragically bowl-shaped. so, i haven’t really decided if it’s funny or not. certainly not as funny as lexington– it’s just a suburb.
